Program Admin Support (Code: PAS)
Responsibilities :
* Specialized in developing database system for training and development programs
* Administering process including training requisition, data recording, and data reporting
Requirements :
* Maximum 35 years old
* Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management/ Bussiness Administration/ Accounting or Bachelor Degree (S1) in any engineering discipline (Industrial Engineering would be ideal)
* Min. 2 years in administration with database system
* Min. 1 year in training and development area would be a plus
* Able to communicate well with all parties
* Able to develop training database
* Able to administer using MS. Word or database system
* Excellent command in English
* Good interpersonal skills
Librarian (Code: LIB)
Responsibilities :
* Specialized in administering library
* Developing library sistem for improvement
Requirements :
* Bachelor Degree (S1) in Library Management/ Bussiness Administration/ Accounting or Bachelor Degree (S1) in any engineering discipline (Industrial Engineering would be ideal)
* Min. 2 years in library administration
* Min. 1 year experience in library for training and development area would be benefit
* Able to communicate well with all parties
* Able to develop library system
* Able to administer using MS. Word or database system for library
